We have tried to capture this phenomenon with the concept of involvement. The literature approaches the phenomenon from many different aspects. One of them is flow, when you are sucked in, enjoyable and easy going. Or engagement in a task, when I throw myself into it. Motivation, when some external or internal driving force keeps me going. Or stress, because something I’m doing is either important or I have doubts. As well as the positive or even negative emotions triggered by what is happening. It is immediately apparent that it is not so easy to grasp the phenomenon of involvement.
The combined result of scientific biomedical, data mining, psychological and computer science research, TR4U (TRacking for You) is an engagement measurement.
